Healthy Food Blog post for Monday

My new blog is almost ready! Soon, we’ll be live at agirlwholovescupcakes.com!

day three - breakfast

For breakfast it was the usual ham and cheese omelet with fresh tomatoes, the toast is missing from the picture since we were running late.

Day Three - Coffee

Of course there was decaf coffee.

Day Three - Yogurt

Okay, so I didn’t like this yogurt but I ate it, trying to force some diary into my diet. It definitely was not like my favorite Breyers smooth and creamy I was happy to eat. This was gloppy and sour.

Day Three - Special K Bar

However, this made up for it! Love these!

Day Three - Lunch

Leftover Spaghetti and meatballs with organic greens and romaine lettuce with balsamic vinegar.

day three - graham bunnies

While reading The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet’s Nest to the hubby in the car I had these Anne’s organic graham bunnies. They are kinda blah. Teddy grahams are way better!

day three - dinner

For dinner we had Fat Free Hebrew National hot dogs on the grill which I liked a lot better than the Fat Free Ballpark ones! I also had baked beans and coleslaw which I’ve recently realized I really like if it’s made with Marzetti’s lite coleslaw mix. It’s crunchy and sweet. It’s definitely something you’ll see more of.

day three - dessert

For dessert I had a Warm Delight Mini in Chocolate Fudge with Breyers Fat Free fudge brownie ice cream with a spoonful of Cool whip Free. It was delicious and totally decadent for a “diet” dessert!

I didn’t do so hot with my water consumption but I did really well with food using 35 out of 35 of my WW points. So, it was another successful day! I’ll be back tomorrow with more food!

Good night!
