Breakfast

I had my favorite breakfast from elementary school today. Cheese & Toast. I now make it with Nature’s Own White Wheat bread and Weight Watchers American Cheese Singles but it’s still as awesome as I remember it. You don’t melt the cheese, just make toast and stick the cold cheese on it. I don’t know why I love it, but I do. I struggle with finding new things to eat for breakfast. I quickly get bored with the same old thing everyday. These are some of my normal breakfasts:

100 Calorie Mini Bagel + Turkey Sausage Patty

100 Calorie Mini Bagel + WW Cheese + Center Cut Bacon

RF Peanut Butter & Bananas on Wheat Bread

Frozen Hashbrowns + Scrambled Egg Beaters + Center Cut Bacon + RF Cheddar Cheese

Nutrigrain Waffles with Light Pancake Syrup
